ZeroTrust Solutions EURL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the ZeroTrust Anti-Cheat.
We make no guarantees regarding the complete security of your server, but we commit to providing the most effective anti-cheat solution possible.
Updates and Support
Your subscription includes regular updates and support. We strive to release updates on a weekly basis to ensure your server is protected against the latest threats.
Support is available via our discord. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Data Usage and Privacy Policy
Data Collection for Security Enhancement
ZeroTrust collects certain player activity data to improve its cheat detection algorithms, including training AI models to identify suspicious behavior. This data is strictly used to enhance security features and combat cheating on FiveM servers.
Protection of Personal and Sensitive Data
No personal, sensitive, or directly identifiable user information (such as private messages, plain-text IP addresses, or any data not strictly necessary for cheat detection) is collected or used for AI training. Only anonymized technical and behavioral data relevant to server security are processed.
No Data Resale or Third-Party Sharing
The data collected for ZeroTrust’s functionality and AI training is never sold, shared, or transferred to external parties. It is solely used for internal research and development to improve detection accuracy and efficiency.
Transparency and User Rights
Users can request information about the type of data collected and its use at any time. ZeroTrust is committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations and ensuring responsible and secure data handling.
By using ZeroTrust, you agree that certain anonymized data may be used to improve AI systems while maintaining strict confidentiality and user security.
Licensing
The ZeroTrust Anti-Cheat is licensed, not sold. ZeroTrust Solutions EURL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the anti-cheat on your server(s).
Unauthorized distribution or sharing of the anti-cheat is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your license without a refund.
Subscription and Payment
By purchasing ZeroTrust Anti-Cheat, you agree to pay the one-time setup fee of €240 or a recurring monthly subscription fee of €20.
The subscription grants you access to the anti-cheat resource. Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in the suspension of access to the anti-cheat.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled through Tebex and are subject to their refund policy. If a refund is possible according to Tebex's terms, we will process it accordingly. Please refer to Tebex's refund policy for more details.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
