Terms of Service

Upon purchase, Zt Softwares grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable Service solely:

• For your internal server or organization,
• In accordance with these Terms and technical documentation, and
• Within the boundaries of your purchased license type (e.g., Personal or Enterprise).

Single-Server Binding. Each license is bound to one server/instance unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

No Sharing/Resale. You may not share, sublicense, resell, or transfer any license or access.

Doing any of the following may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and licenses without refund:

• Reverse engineering / tampering. Debugging, decompiling, disassembling, bypassing, or otherwise attempting to access or interfere with any part of the Services.
• Interference & abuse. Overloading or disrupting our infrastructure, exploiting rate limits, or using bots/automation for scraping or abusive calls.
• Copying or derivative works. Copying the Services or creating derivative works without written permission.
• Bypass tooling. Developing, distributing, or sharing methods intended to bypass, weaken, or falsify detections or scans.
• Falsified scans & non-legitimate use. Fabricating results or using the scanner for non-screenshare purposes unrelated to legitimate server administration or competition integrity.
• Mass self-scanning. Excessive, context-free self-scanning or scanning for client-patching/testing of cheat software.
• Harassment or abuse. Harassing staff or users; using Service-derived information to harass or harm others.
• Cheat development. Assisting or participating—directly or indirectly—in cheat creation or distribution.
• Account/license trafficking. Selling, sharing, transferring, or renting accounts or licenses.
• Security circumvention. Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, or other security features.
• Anti-cheat monitoring. You acknowledge that our anti-cheat system monitors gameplay data and user behavior patterns to detect cheating. By using our Services, you consent to this monitoring and data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, benefit, or component of the Services at any time, without notice or liability. Access to tools may be restricted or removed; no refunds are provided for removed features.

We can change features: We reserve the right to modify, remove, or alter any scanner features, detection methods, or service capabilities at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to scanner functionality, detection algorithms, and service availability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZT SOFTWARES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZT SOFTWARES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Services, you consent to that collection and use.

All data practices, including collection, processing, and storage, are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

ZeroTrust Anti-Cheat and ZT Softwares LLC are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Our services are designed to work with FiveM (Five Multiplayer), which is owned by Rockstar Games and is the official multiplayer modification for Grand Theft Auto V.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names related to Grand Theft Auto, GTA V, FiveM, Rockstar Games, and Take-Two Interactive are the property of their respective owners. We make no claim to ownership of these trademarks.

Our anti-cheat software is developed independently and is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

• Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it;
