1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, including the collection and remittance of all global taxes. Creem handles payment processing and initial transaction inquiries. We commit to acknowledging all support and refund inquiries within three (3) business days.
2. Refund Policy
Digital Access: Because our product is software delivered digitally, all sales are considered final once the software has been accessed, downloaded, or a license key has been activated. By accessing the software, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
14-Day Window: In accordance with international consumer laws, if you have not accessed the software, activated your key, or initialized the service, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Technical Defects: If the software is found to be defective and our technical support team cannot provide a solution or fix within 72 hours, a full refund will be granted via Creem.
3. Automated Delivery
Access to purchased licenses is granted automatically after payment confirmation. Since delivery is instant, claims of non-delivery are not valid once the license has been sent to the customer's provided email.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
If a payment is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, the associated account and all active licenses will be permanently suspended without notice.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all purchased licenses. We strongly encourage customers to contact us at [email protected] or visit creem.io to resolve billing issues before contacting their bank.
6. License Restrictions
- Each license is tied to a single server.
- Licenses may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
- Any violation of these restrictions results in license termination with no refund eligibility.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
