1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, including the collection and remittance of all global taxes. Stripe handles payment processing and initial transaction inquiries. We commit to acknowledging all support and refund inquiries within three (3) business days.
2. Refund Policy
Digital software, delivered in full: ZeroTrust is software. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the software and your license are delivered to you in full.
All sales are final: Once delivered, the software is in your possession and cannot be returned. We have no way to take it back or to make sure it stops working after a refund: even without an active license, delivered software can be made usable through reverse engineering. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Waiver of the right of withdrawal: Before paying, the Stripe checkout page requires you to tick a box by which you request immediate delivery of the software and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. The purchase cannot be completed without ticking this box.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you, such as the legal guarantee of conformity for defective digital content.
3. Automated Delivery
Access to purchased licenses is granted automatically after payment confirmation. Since delivery is instant, claims of non-delivery are not valid once the license has been sent to the customer's provided email.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
If a payment is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, the associated account and all active licenses will be permanently suspended without notice.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all purchased licenses. We strongly encourage customers to contact us at [email protected] or visit stripe.com to resolve billing issues before contacting their bank.
6. License Restrictions
- Each license is tied to a single server.
- Licenses may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
- Any violation of these restrictions results in license termination with no refund eligibility.
- We only terminate a license for reverse engineering, tampering or another breach of our Terms of Service, or after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, without notice or compensation.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
